Had a blast, and now the girl is headed home to a summer filled with adventures, family and friends.

Opening up to offer working student position for the summer- located on outskirts of Grass Valley CA

1-2 hrs cleaning stalls with me and as many hours as you can handle working with horses.

Hands on experience, coaching, watching/auditing, trail riding, grooming, seeing the day to day of running this business… a little bit of everything.

I focus on solid foundations for you and the horses, so we will take our time and deep dive together. If you’re handy, helpful and demonstrate good horsemanship and judgment there could be opportunities to earn income, but this will start out as a working student trade situation.

I’d love to help some youth interested in the industry learn, grown and get real hands on experience in the life of training horses.

This could also be an awesome opportunity for a beginner adult looking to get into, or back into horses. Would love to receive some help with day to day chores, while helping you learn, search for and find your right next horse.

Hours and days can be a little flexible, but mornings need to start about 7 am to clean and get ready to start the training day on time 🙂
