National team brought home the championship and the regional team competed at a high level all weekend.

Multiple players from both teams earned Prep Hoops Top Performer recognition a strong statement for the program and the work being put in.

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT 101 🏀

Coach and Coach demonstrate how to attack the top foot! A well know move some of the greats use.

Attack the top foot. Once the defender opens up or turns their hips, the offensive player attacks the high side to create separation and get downhill.

Simple move. Big advantage.

This is how players create angles, beat defenders, and put pressure on the defense in real game situations.
