The Wing Chun Kung Fu hand to hand sparring techniques to control, manage, defend, attack, and to many other things to mention.

When I think of Chi Sao, sometimes I think of it as Chess Sao. It's like playing chess. A professional knows the secret chess moves to increase the odds of winning. I find Chi Sao similar in many ways.

William Cheung (Cheung Cheuk-hing), another great Wing Chun master, a student of Ip Man, friend of Bruce Lee.

Coincidence, William Cheung and Bruce Lee are both metal dragons, born in 1940, Bruce was born only a month and 17 days after William. Both students of Grandmaster Ip Man at the same time.

William Cheung, still living at age 84, is only 12 years and 6 days older than yours truly, Sifu Long Saan, Dragon James Fell.

William Cheung is a very good and nice teacher in Hong Kong.
