📣🧡 What an incredible weekend for Celina Cheer at the UCA GameDay Masters Camp!
Our Varsity squad had an outstanding camp, earning:
🏆 Best Band Chant
🏆 Best Crowd Leading
🏆 Best Fight Song
🏆 Best Overall GameDay
Competing against much larger 6A Division I schools, our JV team also had a fantastic showing, earning:
🥈 2nd Place Crowd Leading
🥈 2nd Place Overall
In addition, 7 cheerleaders were named UCA All-Americans, 7 received the prestigious Pin It Forward Award, and 3 athletes were invited to apply to become future UCA Staff members. Bobcat Bennie was also honored with the Traditions Award, selected as an All-American, was a recipient of the Pin It Forward Award and invited to apply for UCA Staff!
One of the most meaningful honors of the weekend was Celina Cheer being awarded the Leadership Award for the entire program. This award is voted on by athletes from all schools attending camp and recognizes the team that best exemplifies leadership, sportsmanship, character, and positivity throughout the week.
While we are proud of the awards and accomplishments, we are even more proud of the way these athletes represented Celina. Their hard work, leadership, kindness, and commitment to one another continue to make our community proud.
