Wayside Maple is a small sugaring operation with around 5000 taps and the proccessing capabilites to make around 2400 gallons of syrup in a season. Wayside Maple started out with just 13 taps around the house, but with the constant support of friends and family has continued to grow every year. In early 2010 the first ever evaporator made its arrival and by late 2010 it came to rest in a newly bui

lt sugar house. 2011 marked the first year of business but is only and extention of a family tradition that started over 20 years ago.
