New zones for the 2025 hunting season!🦌

New zones for the 2025 hunting season!🦌

Deer hunters in Wisconsin will notice some changes to the state's deer management units this fall.

The deer management units are divided into four zones: the Northern Forest Zone, Central Farmland Zone, Central Forest Zone and Southern Farmland Zone.

The DNR reviews Wisconsin's deer management units every few years. For the 2025 season, changes were made to the Northern Forest Zone, Central Forest Zone and the counties bordering them. Minor changes were also made to the Metropolitan Subunits across the state.

Hunters need to know their management zone, or unit number, when purchasing a bonus antlerless authorization or registering their deer harvest.

The DNR encourages hunters to check out the 2025 deer management unit map before purchasing a deer hunting license. Learn more about these changes on our website: https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/WildlifeHabitat/deermanagement

Our Story

Harvey Allen has been building hunting blinds for 9 years and we have built hundreds of them mainly in Wisconsin and Minnesota but we have clients as far away as Georgia and New Jersey. You might say that we have learned a thing or two about building hunting blinds. In that time we have delivered and installed hundreds of Blinds and can complete a install in about 60 to 90 minutes start to finish.

Like many other businesses, ours is not a highly technical and sophisticated product that requires lots of engineering and design work. Don’t get me wrong, we don’t just throw our Blinds together. But, let’s face it, they are pretty simple structures. Of course the welded steel bases are not typically for the weekend job someone can do in their garage. They are more involved and require specialized equipment. But we have learned what works and what does not work in building hunting blinds. It is always fun to hear from others who have built one or two or even four or five blinds. They still have lots to learn but we all learn by doing. The simple message here is that if you don’t have the time or the knowledge to build your own blind, you are in good company. That’s what we get hired to do.

The hard part of our business is finding clients. This is true for thousands if not millions of businesses. Part of that effort for us is Facebook. The fact that you are reading this is evidence enough for that. Thanks for checking out our page and hope you like us.
