J5s Jiu Jitsu/MMA &fitness center mixed martial arts training . . Cardio/conditioning classes. . Also self defense classes ... men woman and children J5s MMA is a mixed martial arts school .

I also run a cardio/conditioning classes.. i teach brazillian jiu jitsu , boxing , and kickboxing ... i am the instructor Joey J5 Lujan ... my professional record in the cage is 5-1 ... i have been teaching for about 4 years now ... but finally got the facility to occommodate what i really want to do ... i have amateur fighters who competed in thier first bouts recently winning by submissions in t

he first round ... one of them winning the 135 lb que loco title ... i recently took 13 students to the southwest grapplefest tourney in rio rancho ... the students were ranging from 7 yrs old to 23 yrs old .. they did great .. we had 7 medals in total with 2 placing first ... come by the gym and check it out .. its great for keeping the youth out of trouble ... and a positive influence.. :)
