Problems associated with obesity:
Diabetes, Anxiety, High Blood Pressure, Insomnia, IBS, Acid Reflux, Joint Problems/Osteoarthritis, Depression, Sleep Apnea, High Cholesterol, etc.
Most often- Obesity ITSELF can be resolved with
TWO THINGS.
1. Healthier food choices
2. Exercise
Sounds simple right?
So why aren't people interested in making a few changes to their lifestyle in efforts to feel better?
Ill tell you why.......Because, ITS HARD!
Eating better is HARD. Exercising is HARD.
And why do what's "hard" when you can just do what's EASY and resort to doing weightloss treatments/shots/ medications instead??
BUT- what's the reward in doing that?
➡️The number on the scale goes down.
➡️You get a little skinnier.
What else do you get out of it?
It doesn't help you to actually CHANGE any of the bad habits that got you to where you were in the first place. So, when you stop treatments/shots/meds (because let's be honest- you can't live on them for the rest of your life) you'll eventually fall back into your old habits and gain all that weight back again.
And there you are: back at SQUARE 1.
I want to share 10 benefits of choosing
"WHATS HARD" instead- when it comes to weight loss:
1. Feeling of ACCOMPLISHMENT.
2. Knowing what your body is capable of 🏋
3. Feeling Energized.
4. Being STRONG mentally and physically.
5. Muscles 💪 (this should be #1)
6. Knowledge- when it comes to foods and how your body responds to them.
7. Learning a "PROCESS" that works for you.
8. NEW habits and routines.
9. The excitement of progressing every week.
10. A Healthy NEW YOU- that you built yourself!
