I wanted to give an update along with my new profile picture! Towards the end of last year I was offered the most incredible opportunity to be a coach on The Vegan Gym team with the The Vegan Superhero Academy. Hey beginner runners!! I'll see you at the All Sports Park at 8:30am tomorrow!! We will do another 5K, this time with 50 second running and 25 second walking intervals! I set the app for 30 intervals but I don't think we will need that many to get the 5K distance (the distance does not include the 3 min warm up or 3 min cool down walks!!) Let me know if I will see you there tomorrow!!

And anyone is welcome to join us! We are definitely running more than walking now!!

Beginner's Running Group!! I really hope to see lots of faces out there tomorrow πŸ™‚ We are crossing over to more running than walking, and anyone is welcome to join us at any time in this training! Especially if you weren't quite a beginner, this would be a GREAT time to start joining us!
Intervals will be: 45 sec run/30 sec walk for 32 intervals so we can get a full 5K done tomorrow!!

Beginner Runners!!!! I am thinking it is a no go tomorrow due to air quality :( PLEASE Post below πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡ if you will come if the AQI is under 100!

Heyyy beginner runners!!! I won’t be at the park tomorrow BUT you all can still meet up and run!! Intervals are 30 sec walk and 30 sec jog/run.... 3-5min brisk walk warm up and cool down! 30 intervals total πŸ˜ƒ have fun and I’ll see you next Saturday!

Beginner Runners!! Meet tomorrow (9/26) at 8:30am at the Reinhart Volunteer Park Soccer field parking lot... We will warm up, then head out on our 5k training run.... 35 sec of walking/30 sec of jogging intervals :) See you tomorrow!

I am thinking about doing another "Couch to 5K" training program this fall for beginner runners OR those who maybe took a little time off this summer and are wanting to get back into it to prep for 2021 races!
Do I have any interest??? We can socially distance while we have fun!!
