Experiential Worship. Bold Jesus. Grace-filled Yoga Instruction. Authentic Community. There is often a misunderstanding that yoga is a religion, it is not.

Holy Yoga is the intentional practice of connecting our entire being; body, mind and spirit with God; the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. With complete reliance on God's Word and prayer, Holy Yoga invites us to surrender and introduces us to Grace. When we breathe and move and have our being in Christ, we find ourselves in the flow of His magnificence. Yoga is a spiritual discipline, much like prayer

, fasting and meditation. Yoga has the capacity to enhance our personal beliefs and faith. We practice with our minds set on whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy (Phil 4:8); not with our minds emptied. We meditate on the wisdom of God's Word (Psalm 119:9-16, 26-27); not on man's wisdom. We seek the transcendence and glory of God; not our own. Statements of Faith

We believe there is only one God, whom exists for all eternity in three persons; the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4, Revelation 1:8)

We believe that God has revealed Himself to us both through His creation and His Word. (Romans 1:20, Hebrews 1:3)

We believe God continues to reveal Himself to His people through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (Romans 8:9, John 16:13-14, 1Corinthians 2:12-14, 2 Corinthians 6:16)

We believe that there is only one way to God, through His Son, Jesus Christ. (Isaiah 43:10-13, John 14:6)

We believe that God made forgiveness and redemption available to all whom accept Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. (1TImothy 2:3-4, John 3:16-18, 1 Corinthians 15:3-5)

We believe the Bible is absolute truth. It is the divinely authored and authoritative Word of God. It is complete in its current canonical form. (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 2 Peter 1:20-21, Luke 24:27)

We believe that those who are His will be made known by their love for God and for all people. (Mark 12:30, John 13:34-35)

Happy Labor Day!

Today is a beautiful reminder that even God, after the work of creation, made room for rest. We were never meant to pour endlessly without pausing to be renewed.

May today bring gratitude for the work of our hands, appreciation for those who serve and labor around us, and permission to simply rest in God’s presence.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28

Rest. Recharge. Give thanks. And remember that your worth has never been measured by how much you accomplish.

Happy Sunday!

Waiting can be one of the hardest places to find peace—especially when our hearts are longing for answers. But God is at work even in the seasons that seem still. There is purpose in the pause, growth in the waiting, and grace for the journey.

“Wait for the Lord; be strong and take heart and wait for the Lord.” — Psalm 27:14

May today remind you that you don’t have to rush what God is still unfolding. Trust His timing, rest in His presence, and let Sunday be a place of peace.

There are prayers we whisper when no one else is listening, tears we wipe away before anyone sees, and burdens we carry quietly in our hearts.

But nothing about you goes unnoticed by God.

He hears every prayer. He sees every tear. He knows every burden—and He cares about every detail of your heart.

You are seen. You are heard. You are deeply cared for.

Good morning & Happy Friday!

Life rarely follows a perfectly straight path. There are mountaintops, valleys, unexpected turns, and seasons when we wonder where God is leading us.

But every step can shape us when we walk it with Him.

“The Lord makes firm the steps of the one who delights in him.” — Psalm 37:23

So don’t rush through today trying to reach what’s next. Breathe deeply, notice the blessings along the way, and trust that God is using the journey to prepare you for all He has ahead.

Happy Wednesday!

It’s easy to look at where we thought we would be by now and feel as though we’ve somehow fallen behind. But God’s timing has never depended on our timeline.

There is grace for this chapter, too—the unfinished, unexpected, still-becoming part of our story.

“Be still before the Lord and wait patiently for him.” — Psalm 37:7

Today, release the should haves and by nows. Breathe deeply, be present, and trust that God is still at work right where you are.

A new month is a beautiful reminder that God gives us opportunities to begin again—to release what has passed, breathe deeply, and step forward with renewed faith.

May September bring quieter hearts, stronger bodies, deeper trust, and the courage to follow wherever God leads.

Happy Monday!

There is something sacred about sitting with women who have walked through hard places and still chose healing, faith, and grace.

Women who can say, “God met me there. He carried me through. And He is still restoring me.”

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” — Psalm 147:3

Find the women who encourage your healing, strengthen your faith, and remind you that darkness never gets the final word.

Sit at their tables. And make room at yours for another woman who needs to know she can heal, too.

Happy Sunday!

You are not defined by what the world has said about you, what someone failed to see in you, or even by the seasons that have left you feeling wounded.

You are defined by Who you belong to.

God calls you His. Chosen. Loved. Redeemed. Equipped for a purpose that is uniquely yours.

“You are a chosen people… God’s special possession.” — 1 Peter 2:9

So straighten your crown, quiet the voices that say otherwise, and walk into this Sunday remembering:

You are God’s girl. Walk like you’re chosen. Live like you’re loved.

Sometimes protecting your peace means knowing when to release what God never asked you to carry.

You don’t have to attend every argument, explain every decision, or allow every situation to access your heart. There is grace in quietly walking away and trusting God with what you leave behind.

“Turn from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.” — Psalm 34:14

Choose peace. Guard your heart. Let God handle the rest.

We spend so much energy trying to understand the how, the when, and the why—when sometimes God is simply asking us to trust Him with what we cannot see.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” — Proverbs 3:5

You don’t have to have it all figured out. God already does.
