To all of our very appreciated members & facebook friends...

We wanted to take this time to tell you that Heather and I have sold Rogue Valley Fitness Center. As of 1/1/18, the young couple you will come to know as Justin & Jasmine will assume possession of the business and begin operating under a different name. I am confident this couple is competent and capable of the "breathing new life" into our existing and their new facility. Heather & I will become "official" members of their facility. We will be here for a "lifetime." We look forward to being members of Justin & Jasmine's new facility, and we are hopeful you will be as well. For all whom have purchased contracts of paid in full memberships, or have any money on account, rest assured these existing memberships will be honored for their entire term. If there are further questions or concerns, please feel free to express them to us. Heather and I will be here helping in the transition for an undetermined time into 2018. Justin & Jasmine will be in here to begin becoming familiar with the necessary procedures on December 18. We look forward to introducing them to all of you.

We have FULL CONFIDENCE in these two and their abilities to continue and make better, what we began in September 1989. It is "bitter-sweet" as we pass the torch to this couple. We will miss this place and all of the opportunities that it has presented for us to get to know so many of you.

WE WANT TO SAY THANK YOU as we are hopeful that this is not "good-bye" but " we will see you in here working out as well as out & about in town :)

Beginning September 2, our weekend hours will be changing. Saturdays will be staffed from 7am-12noon and Sunday will be card access only. If you have not picked up your key card or fob, do so now for $25 and $35 annually. This option will allow 5am-11pm access 7 days a week 365 days a year.

Our Labor Day hours on Monday will be 7am-11am....

THE TIME HAS COME..... if you have an interest in extending hours for your workout, stop by the counter and pick up your key card for $25 or the key fob for $35. The hours for this option will allow you to get your workout in from 5am - 11pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We are excited to offer this option, so tell your friends and get your lift on with these extended hours.

We are here on Memorial Day from 7am -12 noon. As we spend time doing whatever we do this day..... we remember those who served and made the ultimate sacrafice.
