Hydration has honestly become one of the biggest game changers for my energy, workouts, headaches, and overall recovery 💧⚡️

I’ve been trying to be more intentional about getting electrolytes in—especially with workouts, warmer weather, busy mom life, and just feeling run down sometimes—and I like that this one is zero sugar while still focusing on actual hydration support instead of just flavored water.

Also love that it includes extra vitamins + electrolytes and is designed for faster hydration and recovery 👏 Excited to keep these on hand this summer.

Grass-fed beef liver, added collagen, high B12, 10g protein, and no seed oils or added sugar? Love seeing a more nutrient-dense option in the protein bar world.

As someone who’s always trying to find convenient ways to support energy, protein intake, and overall wellness without a bunch of junk ingredients, these definitely caught my attention. Excited to give them a try 👏

I’ve been trying out Modballs lately—these are individually packaged protein balls that are super convenient for on-the-go snacks, and honestly, that’s where they really shine.

From a nutrition standpoint, they check a lot of boxes: gluten-free, non-GMO, zero refined sugars, no preservatives, and they even include hickory root for an added fiber boost (which I love for gut health and staying full between meals).

Taste-wise… I’ll be honest, they’re not my favorite. They’re not bad, but they definitely lean more “functional” than “treat.” It kind of gives “I could probably make these better at home” vibes.

BUT—convenience matters, especially as a busy mom or when you’re running out the door, and having something like this on hand is way better than skipping a snack or grabbing something ultra-processed.

Overall: not a flavor win, but a practicality win. If you prioritize clean ingredients and convenience, they’re worth having in your bag.

POV: you stopped skipping breakfast and started romanticizing your mornings ☕✨

Adding protein to my coffee has been the easiest habit shift that actually stuck
→ more energy
→ fewer cravings
→ hitting my protein without overthinking it

And it takes literally 10 seconds.

If you’re someone who says
“I don’t have time for breakfast”
this is your sign 👀

mixes in SO well and they have great flavors that will go perfect with your morning cup in coffee!

Sunday product review! ✨

I really wanted to love this one because the idea is genius—collagen + creatine in one scoop?! Yes please. 🙌🏼 As a busy mom, anything that simplifies my supplement stack is a win.

Buuut… the flavor just wasn’t for me. It has a strong fake lemon vibe that I couldn’t quite get past. If you’re not picky with flavors or you don’t mind that artificial lemon taste, you might still love it! The formula itself is great and I wish the taste matched the convenience for me.

Overall: amazing concept, solid ingredients, but the flavor just wasn’t my personal fave. 💛
Would still recommend for anyone who’s less sensitive to taste!
