The full video is now on our YouTube channel! We also have clipped the full quality matches individually and are putting them on Google Drive for the competitors so they don't have to clip from youtube, I'll message each competitor the link to that drive by the end of the night.
Saturday was a really great day, from start to finish. Everything went better than we could have hoped. The matches were super exciting and the jiu jitsu displayed by every competitor was high level. The venue was filled to capacity, the food truck sold out, everyone enjoyed the ruleset, there were no injuries, we got some good footage, and the winning team got to take home a bunch of cash and some sweet viking shields.
A quick apology to those who's names got mixed up or butchered by the commentators or announcer, we scribbled down a lineup at the last minute and there were 42 competitors names to keep track of. A special apology to for calling you "Spencer" your entire match, and apologies to who got called Ron a couple times 😂😂
We also forgot to add a big thank you to Kirk for announcing on less than a week's notice. He was organized, professional, and a natural on the mic.
If we forgot to thank anybody specifically, please know that we are super grateful to every single person who was apart of the event in anyway, and your work/help did not go unnoticed by us. We couldn't have done it without each one of you.
