Grab your spouse, best friend, sibling, gym buddy, coworker — whoever your person is — and come try something completely different together!

Absolutely ZERO aerial experience is required. Just bring your favorite human, a willingness to step outside your comfort zone, and be ready to laugh, learn, and probably discover muscles you didn’t know existed.

Natalia’s growth has been incredible to watch 🤍 She started her aerial journey feeling nervous, but has gained so much confidence along the way. From starting at ground zero to where she is now, she has built some serious strength and made SO much progress. And of course… she’s officially our Cross Back Queen 👑✨ We’re so proud of how far she’s come and can’t wait to see what she does next!

Curious about rope? Come give it a try this September.

Our Rope class meets Thursday nights from 7:30–9:00 PM and is a great chance to build strength, work on wraps and transitions, and learn some new skills in the air.

Rope has its own unique feel and challenges, and honestly… it’s pretty addicting!

MEMBER MONDAY: MEET ANABELLE GOSSETT-STERN

Anabelle is a natural 🤍 She came into the studio and immediately showed so much strength, control, and talent. Watching her pick things up so quickly while creating such beautiful shapes has been incredible. On top of all that talent, she’s also so friendly and welcoming, making her such a joy to have in our space. We can’t wait to see where her aerial journey takes her! ✨

Looking for something fun and different for your kiddo to try this fall?

We’re adding TWO new Kids Aerial Silks classes this September!

Tuesdays | 4:30–5:30 PM | Ages 5–8
Wednesdays | 3:30–4:30 PM | Ages 9–15

Aerial is a pretty awesome way for kids to build strength, coordination, confidence, and creativity while actually having fun doing it.

And no, they don’t need any experience to start. Our beginner classes are designed to meet kids where they’re at and help them learn in a safe, supportive environment.

There’s just something so exciting about watching a kid realize, “Wait… I can actually do this!” and then seeing them climb, spin, wrap and fly.

Have you ever watched someone do aerial silks and thought, “There’s no way I could ever do that”?

Respectfully… you’re wrong!

Our Beginner Foundational Aerial Silks class is made for actual beginners. No experience, crazy flexibility, or impressive upper-body strength required. Just come ready to try something new and have some fun!

We’ll work on strength, confidence, and the basics of aerial from the ground up. All at your own pace and in a supportive, no-judgment environment. 🫶

Thursday | 5:30–7:00 PM

These are RARE openings. Snag a spot while you can!

And just a reminder: you don’t have to get in shape before you start aerial. You start where you’re at, and we build from there.
