In OTHER NEWS … yesterday I taught my intermediate/advanced students the ORIGINAL 34 mat exercises from Return to Life . Obviously, I had to improvise with some exercises because we do not have mats at the studio, so there could be no rolling exercises. No worries because I’m a creative ,think outside the box, kind of teacher🙃

Yeah sooo …. My students (Devyn, Mia 🩷💚, Khy, Tiara) know the work pretty well now… I can add some variations like using the pole in a different way than usual. It also keeps them accountable for their twist and reach🙃

I don’t have a chair so I improvised 🙃 Next time I’ll add bending and straightening of the arms to give a “pedal set” - SO out to my online Auntie Dominique Morgan for these “Domisms” 🤎🤎 - also Auntie Dom PLEASE come see ya niece for a session 🙂

I’m ONLY teaching on Saturdays now so if you wanna see me, pull up CTRL Pilates in Mableton GA 8-12pm🙂
