Attention players. If you were in group 7 or 8 ( the 12 o’clock group) you need to report at 9:30 tomorrow and will practice at the 10 o’clock time. Please be on time!

Good Morning Players and Parents,

We are entering the second week of our 4th cycle of the workouts. That means we should be using Phase 2 of the workout with the 70, 80, and 90% work-sets. Keep Grinding, and we will keep you posted on what we know as far as football goes. When we hear something you will hear something!

Players start training your bodies to wake up early for practice. If you are sleeping till Noon everyday you are going to have a hard time waking up for practice in the mornings when we start. Be proactive, be better!
