It was a beautiful weekend in Crescent Bar. This will be my happy place as I move through the pains of the covid sickness that came over me today. Including, having to cancel in person sessions the week before a planned week off.

We will now be closed 9/27-10/9

we don’t always do synchronized leg circles with the band but when we do we utilize our diligently conditioned abdominal muscles to maintain stability in our neutral pelvis, neutral spine so that we may enjoy freedom of movement in the hip joint!
