Talk about a hard worker. This little 🦈 wouldn't put his face in the water on the first day, on day 5 he was swimming independently across the pool!

Look at her go!! See how her body stays horizontal and legs don't sink as she comes up for air? That's exactly what you want to see! This little mermaid has a really stong kick so that's all she uses while underwater (we're working on those arms), however, watch close and you'll see that she knows she has to use her arms when she comes up for air, as that's what gives her the power to get her head all the way up.

She makes it look easy. In 4 days this little mermaid went from clinging onto me with a death grip and no swimming skill...

She makes it look easy. In 4 days this little mermaid went from clinging onto me with a death grip and no swimming skills to floating independently for over two minutes and swimming to me like she's been doing it her whole life. 💦

A smirk, paci, and he still holds his breath flawlessly every. single. time. It's not uncommon for kids to keep their mouths open when underwater while holding their breath, but being able to keep paci in was a new one for me. This little sharks breath control is on point, with and without paci.
