California will allow schools, day camps, bars, gyms and professional sports with modifications to begin reopening starting next Friday.

Thank you for joining us in our online virtual classes! We have made a couple of adjustments to the schedule to be able to give more one-on-one instruction and work more closely on our student's form (poomsae) and self defense techniques (hoshinsul).

Continue to join us in our virtual classes! We have had a great time working out and seeing our students. It brightens our days and keeps us hopeful that we will get through this together!

We would like to mention that students may also attend any class (your belt rank and lower) to review lower belt requirements. We highly recommend our Dan Bo belts to review to the upcoming testing in May. Make sure to wear dobok or Hi 5 shirt and belt. See you in class later today!!
