Being really really clear, I NEVER ā€˜get’ hate! Why?
Because I understand my own emotions and I love myself.

ā€œHateā€ from others can only hurt me if I don’t love myself.

So if I even think I see hate, I scroll by, delete, laugh… whatever.
Not my circus, not my monkeys.

You start by making your Emotions your BEST FRIENDS instead of judging them!

And many many women stay stuck at the beginning because of their habits and beliefs that are keeping them there.

This is not how your life is meant to be lived and it is COSTING YOU.

Look, financial issues are a top priority for women who have gotten divorced, we are statistically prone to living in poverty. Truth.

But not INVESTING in your healing, with time and effort, is costing you LIFE!

While there are obvious situations where a straight-up ā€œNOā€ or ā€œEF NOā€ is the only response to keep yourself safe, there are times where you may need to be a bit more diplomatic as you stand your ground.

Boundaries are important for your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing and are also a key success strategy to help you meet your goals, to master your emotions and to heal.

Example…if you are looking to improve yourself but there is someone or something getting in the way of that goal, you may need to start saying ā€œnoā€ BEFORE you are riled up and want to say ā€œEF Noā€.

**(And watch out for people who know how to rile you up! That’s really important.)**

Here are some good ways to say no without hurting someone’s feelings or having to give a long, detailed explanation.

šŸ˜ŽSorry I need to prioritize rest right now.
šŸ˜ŽThanks for thinking of me but I don’t have the energy right now.šŸ˜ŽI’m taking a break from overwhelm right now.
šŸ˜ŽThanks for the offer but I’m going in a different direction.
šŸ˜ŽMy plate is as full thank you for thinking of me though.

You don’t have to be fake, but softening your ā€œno’ with a short explanation may help YOU feel easier.

If you find yourself having to defend yourself… mmmmm… may need to say ā€œEF No!ā€
