I am participating in a challenge that starts June 1st and I would love for you to join me! This challenge is based on habit building! It’s a 6-week plan with no calorie, carb, or macro counting, and it’s super simple. It teaches your body how to go from fat-storage to fat-burning mode. 👏
I personally am doing this challenge to lose the last bit of baby weight but to also gain some energy back, for personal development, and to connect to a community! 🫶
