Looking back on last weekends show.

I’m so grateful and privileged to have been able to have been apart of and fitness journey. I love being a coach and being able to see how much work and effort these two put in, and to see them kill it on stage.

Being at the show for them and many other athletes back stage. I love the community and being apart of it. Being able to see previous competitors and others I follow in the sport is such a blessing.

Like going to every show, I’m amped up for the next one.

Jamie hit his personal goal of getting under 230 pounds! Hit 228 this Sunday and still dropping!
Started working with Jamie just over a year ago. He started at 278 pounds and has lost 50 pounds and gained muscle in the process. Very happy to be apart of his fitness journey! Next goal, a bodybuilding show?🤔

8 months working with Eric. Down from 240 to 205! Killing his diet and training. Even with a bicep injury he works around it and continues to put in the work.
Excited to see the changes he makes in the next few months! 💪

10 months working with Jamie. He is down 34 pounds and 18% body fat! Very proud of Jamie’s work ethic in and out of the gym.

Over the last 3 years I have had the privilege to work with so many amazing people. From athletes competing in bodybuilding shows to lifestyle clients looking to get stronger and lose some weight.
These past few years have helped me find my passion, and I have been lucky enough to wake up every single day to do what I love. I want to say thank you to all of my amazing clients as well as everyone else that has supported me.
Because of our expansion, I felt that it was time to evolve as a brand and become more recognizable than just my name as BCFitness.
I am very grateful for all of the success over the last 3 years, and I can’t wait to see what the future has in store. Im looking forward to continue helping others on not just their fitness journey, but in all aspects of life.
