I am a competitive runner (anything between 1 mile to an Ultra Marathon). I absolutely love coaching and watching athletes grow and strive to their very best. I am a wife and a mom of 3 kids. They have participated in softball, baseball, soccer, dance, swim, football, track and cross country, and water polo. We are a very athletic family so I have a ton of experience observing every kind of athlet

e on the playing field. I serve athletes from all over the United States. My passion is to work with you on your goals, creating plans to meet your needs, and developing strategies to build self confidence.

The Jenison Girls Track Team just secured their FIRST win against Caledonia since 2016 — and they did it in style. 🏆🔥

This wasn’t just a win… it was years in the making. The grit, the comeback, the energy — unmatched. So proud of this team for showing what they’re truly capable of 💪✨

And yes… they backed it up.

I’m incredibly proud of S.R.

Not just for the 6-second drop in her 800m or helping her team earn 2nd at State—but for the courage it took to face the doubt head-on and still choose to show up.

Right before her race, she made a decision: to trust herself, to trust the work, and to stop letting her mind hold her back.

And she did exactly that.

Moments like this remind me why I love what I do—not just building better athletes, but helping them see what they’re truly capable of. 💙
