🎾 USTA Dominant Duos – September 5-7; Junior tennis players from across the region take the court in a competitive doubles tournament weekend.

🥎 NAFA Masters World Series - East – September 10-13; Adult softball teams travel to West Michigan to compete in one of the premier tournaments of the season.

⚽ Howie's Hometown Cup – September 11-13; Youth soccer teams from across Michigan gather for a weekend of competition and community on the pitch.

🥎 Blue Chip Fall Classic I - September 12-13; Girl's softball returns to Byron Center for its annual fall classic.

🏓 PPA Challenger Series – September 18-20; Rising pickleball talent comes to Grand Rapids for a Professional Pickleball Association tournament weekend at the Meijer Sports Complex.

🏊️ Dirty Mitten Triathlon - September 19-20; Athletes will swim, bike, and run through a variety of endurance race formats in this West Michigan multisport festival.

🏃 LMCU Bridge Run – September 20; Thousands of runners and walkers will cross the iconic Blue Bridge and downtown Grand Rapids as part of one of West Michigan's most recognizable road races.

The Hartford Nationals powered by Move United Sport returns to Grand Rapids for a third year in 2027, bringing hundreds of adaptive athletes back to the local stage - including Montague track & field athlete Elizabeth Woller who competed in July. The Hartford Nationals will return to Grand Rapids in 2027, giving adaptive athletes like Elizabeth Woller another chance to compete nationally.
