After 20 plus years of racing, I’ve decided to hang it up and I completed my final lap this past Sunday at Halvor Lines Speedway. Starting out in a Pure Stock at Proctor Speedway, I’ve raced in the Street Stock, Midwest Modified, and Modified divisions. Having the most success in the Midwest Modified class, I’ve accomplished all that I set out to do in a racecar. I’ve won races, secured multiple track championships, and even had an Invitational win in the Labor Day Shootout at Hibbing.

Thanks to those who have supported me during my racing career. My fiancé Tara, my mom and dad, my brother Mike, my grandma and grandpa, and also Denise and Dean

To those that have worked on the car both in the garage and in the pits. Thank you to Garrett Franik, Jim Davis, Rob Harder, Mike Kinglsey, Randy Vezina, Ellie Davis, Mason Kingsley, and Scott Fulda who built our engines for the early part of my career.

Doing a little testing tonight

** UPDATE **
Heat 3rd to 1st - Buzzy wasn’t happy with the car so we made a bunch of changes
Feature 4th to 8th - Started on the outside in the standing water, went backwards instantly, stopped on the track in hopes of a complete restart. Didn’t get one. Restarted last and got up to 8th. Could’ve used another caution.

Heat: 5th to 6th. Car was great but didn’t jump to the topside of the track like everyone else
Feature: 16th to DNF after getting caught up in someone’s mess on the original start and having a lot of nose damage, the “fun” meter was pegged and elected to pull off.
