Mike has been helping people reach their health and fitness goals since 1989 with specialized programs for pro athletes in gaining strength, size, speed and definition. Mike has choreographed posing routines and training programs for many local and state bodybuilding champions. This is the Official Headquarters for the Mandatory Check-in from 4 pm - 7 pm on Friday, May 22, 2026. This is also the official location for Tanning, Hair & Make-up from One Fit Joker.
HOST HOTEL ROOM NOTE: These two hotels sell out quickly so we recommend to reserve your room on or before the cutoff date listed in the document.

Any age or experience levels are eligible for the NOVICE CLASS. You are NOT eligible if you placed 1st place in any class such as the teen, junior, true novice, masters or open class in any previous shows. Some Novice Classes have two (2) height/weight classes and have an overall winner, so look for that.
