Goldfish Swim School – Knapps Crossing is a state-of-the-art swimming facility dedicated to teaching children as young as 4 months old. It’s more than vibrant colors chosen to inspire kids. More than a curriculum crafted to not only teach kids to swim but also to build their character through guided play. More than a shiver-free pool heated to 90 degrees. There’s something more. Something beyond typical. It’s passion. Not just a passion for kids or a passion for swimming…it’s a special passion for changing – even saving – lives by teaching kids to swim and be safer in and around the water. We use our holistic philosophy, The Science of SwimPlay®, to build life skills both in and out of the water using play-based learning in a fun and safe environment. In a class size of no more than 4 children to 1 swim instructor, children master the skills they need to be safer and confident in the water. Beginning as early as 4 months, children progress through a series of perpetual swimming lessons, graduating to higher levels of difficulty as swimming skills are mastered. Goldfish also offers special events like parties, Family Swim, accelerated Jump Start Clinics and our Goldfish Swim Force Team, catered to swimmers who have completed the Goldfish Pro Level. Growth happens quietly.
Sometimes the biggest moments don't feel big at all. It’s funny because when it comes to kids, it seems like the one thing that’s impossible to ignore is how quickly they grow. The adorable baby onesies that are outgrown far too quickly, the increasing pencil marks on the doorframe. And yet, when it comes to swim lessons, sometimes the biggest growth moments aren’t the most obvious.

It's putting their face in the water without being asked.
Walking into class with a smile instead of hesitation.
Looking back at you from the pool with a proud grin that says, "Did you see that?" 🥹

Confidence rarely arrives all at once.

It grows through small moments that are easy to miss, but impossible to forget.

Come swim, participate in fun crafts, and learn more about the F.L.O.A.T. Method program from our certified instructors and check out the schedule to secure a spot.
Expand your knowledge of swim safety by joining us to learn more about The F.L.O.A.T. Method! This new survival swim program for children ages 12 months–4 years focuses on short, one-on-one lessons this program teaches little ones how to self-recover and float on their back after an accidental fall into water.
Join us on Friday, September 18th @ 6 PM to learn more about what the program entails and to secure your spot in a 1-on-1 class! You will have the opportunity to meet and greet with our highly-trained instructors who specifically specialize in this program - ask questions, possibly see a demo lesson and more. But here's the thing: Baby Safety Month isn't about expecting babies to become swimmers overnight.

It's about helping families build positive experiences around the water from the very beginning.

Every cuddle in the pool.

Those moments help children become more comfortable in the water while giving parents confidence, too.

One day, they're a pirate searching for treasure. Next, they're a princess making a royal splash. And somewhere in between all that pretending, they're learning something pretty incredible: confidence.

At Goldfish Swim School, we believe play is one of the best teachers. Through laughter, imagination, and plenty of fun, little swimmers discover they can try new things, solve challenges, and believe in themselves.
