Powerlifting America returns to Unreal Fitness December 5th!

The West Michigan Classic III is the 3rd in a series of annual powerlifting meets by Powerlifting America Michigan and the spiritual successor to the Unreal Barbellum which ran for five years before the pandemic.

Join us as an athlete or spectator and witness what is possible when the legacy of Unreal Fitness is combined with the prestige of Powerlifting America!

100% effort sprint from today.

Acceleration and speed is still slower than my goal, but conditioning feels great.

Spring of 2025, a similar workout would take days to recover from. Now, I'm considering adding volume on Sunday.
