Nearly every day at work I get at least one lady who comes in who wants to "lose weight", get ready for bikini season, or get in better shape. So I tell them "start by lifting heavy." "But I don't wanna get huge."
Face palm.
"Okay, so what are you doing now?" "I run 20 miles per day and eat a handful if celery and a rice cake twice per day."
