The Basement We are all about creating an awareness of health and fitness in our area. The Basement is just that, the gym in my basement.

Geromy Duty is the founder and leads in most lifting programs, Tim Krueth is the guy with all the Jiu-Jitsu information, and Caleb Rhodes is in charge of striking. We all come in here and compile our collective knowledge for each of us to better ourselves and others. Barbi Duty is a full time member as well as our secretary and cheerleader. This is a completely ego free gym, anyone that has entered with one has quit because they couldn't back it up, and we make sure to check you on it.

Last night I met a young man who has gone through his own adventure in fitness, going from a scrawny kid in highschool to a gaining the freshman "70" in college. He decided to make a change and hit the gym hard for the next three years and made a huge change. Now he's looking to break into the fitness modeling business and has some prospects. I found his story and journey very encouraging and as soon as his fan page is up and going I will share it with all of you so that you too can be encouraged and motivated just like he was. It's all about consistency, determination, and drive.
