Tonight is the last Tuesday Night Tai Chi Class at the YWCA! See you there

After many years at the YWCA — a space filled with Sifu’s presence, long hours of standing meditation, forms, and friendships — we are beginning a new chapter.

With the listing for the sale of the building, our weekly classes will move beginning March 1st to:

📍 From the Heart Yoga — 776 Leonard

Saturday classes remain at the YWCA Downtown (now starting one hour earlier at 9:00am) until the sale of the property.

We continue training in the lineage of
Chiu Chuk Kai → Lee Hoa Yen → Rick Powell and all the Instructors

Here are a few pics from the Chinese New Year Celebration(thanks Jackie). The first New Year without Sifu… so we had a lot of pictures and Banners that were given to Sifu over the years due to his generosity and knowledge as a Teacher.. Thanks to the Lee Family for donating those Banners to the school. Hope to have some more pics soon. Thank You All!!!

Thank you everyone that came out for the Chinese New Year Celebration! Great company, awesome food, and wonderful conversation. This is the first one without Sifu but we all carry forward what he shared. He said many times " Always Help those in need, practice to stay strong and healthy, and always improve yourself and your martial art".

Thank you to John, Tracy, Mark, Rob ,and Nancy for supporting the school by teaching and assisting.

And thank you all for your dedication and practice.
