Our WholyFit–certified holistic nutritionist, Hanifa, will host four live nutrition webinars, each one building on the last. She’ll share practical tools, biblical wisdom, and simple strategies to help you detox from holiday sugar habits and create sustainable, life-giving routines.

💪 Faith + Fitness Component
Throughout the program, we’ll practice our Romans 12:1 “Living Sacrifice” Warm-Up, honoring God by caring for our bodies. We’ll share posture tips and movement guidance during the week on Facebook and Instagram, so be sure to follow the social accounts.
Every Friday, our faith-filled WholyFit instructor, Mary, will lead a 15-minute LIVE stretch, perfect for a morning coffee break or lunchtime reset, depending on your time zone. Each week, we’ll gently expand and go a little deeper—no pressure, just faithful progress. All you need to give is 15 minutes to move your body, renew your mind, and refocus your heart.
