A Christian alternative to traditional yoga designed to build lean muscle, improve flexibility and relieve stress. Exercise poses are self-paced & multi-level. Come as you are – leave feeling energized & invigorated.

Throughout the program, we’ll practice our Romans 12:1 “Living Sacrifice” Warm-Up, honoring God by caring for our bodies. We’ll share posture tips and movement guidance during the week on Facebook and Instagram, so be sure to follow the social accounts.

Every Friday, our faith-filled WholyFit instructor, Mary, will lead a 15-minute LIVE stretch, perfect for a morning coffee break or lunchtime reset, depending on your time zone. Each week, we’ll gently expand and go a little deeper—no pressure, just faithful progress. All you need to give is 15 minutes to move your body, renew your mind, and refocus your heart.

Whether it’s through prayer, worship, reading Scripture, or stretching to scripture or simply sitting in His presence, those first moments with Him can shape our attitude, strengthen our faith, and remind us of His purpose for our day.
