Hanging Knee Drives🔥🔥🔥

This drill teaches sprinters how to powerfully drive both legs without dropping their hips.

As I coach I learned that when you tell a learning sprinter to run powerfully with their legs they try to compensate by dropping their hips to add to the power that they produce 🙅🏾‍♂️❌‼️ All power going down into the track is produced in the hips and transferred to that driving leg as it hits the track!

Add this to your arsenal and become a much more powerful runner!

These 2 deserve their own post!!

They put in work every single day, bought into the training, and fought to be their best in every single meet!

Both qualified for the Nike Indoor Nationals being held in 2 weeks in Staten Island, NY at ‼️

This weekend Elena had ANOTHER PR in the 60 at 8.22 barely missing Semis & Emma had a BIG season Pr of 8.10 and a 2nd place finish in the 60m dash along with a PR of 1:00.69 in the 400m finishing 4th! Excited to see them to compete on such a big stage 💪🏾

Yesterday we had out last regular season practice with our MITS State Meet qualifiers!

These girls put in so much work this season and it’s been paying off tremendously‼️ Can’t wait to see them compete this weekend!
