Our simple mission was to provide fundamental volleyball skill development during a 3 month club volleyball season (Mar – Jun). It quickly grew to a successful year round program, offering three or six months of National, Elite and Competitive AAU club training and play, as well as volleyball camps, clinics and private lessons to a growing group of athletes in the Grand Rapids area. MVA develops a

What does a practice at The Coast actually look like?

Fast-paced training. High-level coaching. Competitive reps designed to prepare athletes for real game situations.

Every practice is intentionally built to maximize touches, develop fundamentals, and create an environment where athletes are challenged to think, compete, and improve every time they step in the gym.
