NO MATTER WHAT I DO... I CANNOT [ insert your fitness goal here ] !⁣

Do you want to learn WHY you are having trouble reaching your fitness goals?⁣

Before I got super clear on how I need to TRAIN and what I needed to EAT, I use to have these problems:⁣

👉 Worked out HARD but felt like I was not seeing the results that showed I worked out hard.⁣

👉 Ate what I thought was HEALTHY but was either drastically under eating or drastically over eating.⁣

👉 Was super frustrated and continued to work harder and not smarter towards my fitness goals.⁣

Before I took the time to LEARN what training & proper nutrition actually was for I was making little to no progress.⁣

EXAMPLE: I wanted to gain muscle. So I lifted.... but also continued to run a lot of miles each week AND under eat (not starve myself, but not eat enough to gain muscle) which RESULTED in very little muscle gain. - My strength training workouts were very low quality to say the least!⁣

TODAY I know exactly what to do in the gym to get the desired results. I also know how much and what to eat to see real changes in my body.⁣

Since figuring this out I have been able to gain 25lbs of muscle and dramatically change my body compared to my distance runner physique of college.⁣

You might be saying to yourself, "But I want to lose weight"⁣

No worries.... the TOOLS are the same, you just use them differently! ⁣
