Great turnout for Topwater Series roots division on Green Lake in Caledonia. 28 anglers!!
Green lake is not known for bug bass, but you should catch fish.
I went to a part of the lake I have only went to 1 time.. a year ago.. Saturday I fished Green lake and caught fish, but no size.. so decided I needed to risk it.
Well, I threw a drop shot with an Odditie Bait Co. in somewhat deeper water than I usually do, and did somewhat better than I have usually done this year... 7th out of 28. Top 13 were between 70.25" and 60" .. that's pretty damn close.
I wish the service on the water was better cause it was a fun night!

Alex is opening up a big lead for Roots AOI, over 5th place finisher tonight Dave Mull In 2nd, And Shane Nichoson in 3rd. Don't count either of these two out, as well as Donnell Warren, Bruce George, or Cody Hart for 2022 AOI...
2 events left, Yankee Springs Open, and Wabasis.. I just home to finish strong!
