🚶♀️🚴♂️ JOIN MY MAY MOVEMENT CHALLENGE! 🧘♂️🏋️♀️
This May, I’m inviting YOU to join my Move Minutes: May Challenge, a fun, encouraging way to move more, stay motivated, and track your progress through the month. We’re aiming for 15 hours of movement, and I KNOW you can do even more than that!
Here’s how it works (yes, even if you’re not “techy”):
1️⃣ Download the Strava app on your phone.
• Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android)
• Search for “Strava” and download the free app
• Create a free account, it only takes a minute!
2️⃣ Follow me on Strava using this link: https://strava.app.link/xxFSKsLbGSb
• Once you follow me, I’ll personally add you to the challenge group.
3️⃣ Start tracking your activity
• You can use a fitness tracker (like Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Garmin) OR
• Use the Strava app directly by pressing the orange “Record” button before you walk, bike, lift weights, or even garden!
✅ What counts toward your minutes?
• Walking 🚶♂️
• Biking 🚴♀️
• Hiking 🥾
• Yoga 🧘♀️
• Strength training 💪
• Dance, yardwork, and more, as long as it’s recorded in Strava
We’re focusing on minutes of movement, not miles or reps. You can track ANYTHING that gets you up and active. Strava will total it up automatically.
