I've struggled to find courage to post our finish from the weekend but here we go.
We came into the night needing at least a top 6 finish to keep our 10th place spot in Wissota National points, but on the last corner lost our 6th place finish. Bittersweet moment as we definitely put together one hell of a season, just 100 feet short of our goal!!!!
To say we were heart broken was an understatement, but with any competition comes a loser and a winner. In fact, on that very same track another driver was experiencing a very different set of emotions.
With the finish to this season, I had planned to hang up the race suit and enjoy watching racing again. But after coming up just a bit short to the goals i had set out for myself, we WILL come back stronger than ever and get our first win and top ten in Nation Points!!!
Thanks to everyone along the way who's helped us get to this point in our racing career, it means the world to me to see every ounce of support I've recieved.
