Throwback to the first few weeks after acquiring the facility. Long days and even longer weeks, but it is always important to take time to celebrate, roll the grills out, and share meals together and give thanks. We had around 25 people on site during those weeks, and every single person has played an important role in the progress we’ve made so far.

Huge thank you to everyone who has helped, to the community for the endless support behind this project, and to everyone following along with the journey. We’re excited for what’s ahead.

We’ve officially lost count… dumpster #5 or #6 just got hauled out 😅 Hopefully the last one.

It’s starting to look really clean in here, and these next steps are where things are going to move FAST. Drywall and paint are about to give this place a whole new life and really start bringing the vision together.

Keep following along because the next few updates are going to be some exciting ones!

Food is the foundation for our health. That being said we are taking a major focus on what kind of food we have available here.

The framing for our concessions area is officially up, and we’re excited to announce that we’ll soon be revealing who will be leading our food & beverage program. *hint* it is a local independent vendor!

This won’t be your typical concession stand.

Our focus is simple:
✅ healthier options
✅ real nutrition
✅ better fuel for athletes, families, and the community

We want to create a feeling of inspiration the moment you walk in. When people see this logo, we want it to represent something real.

A place that builds leaders, brings people together, and becomes part of the community little by little, year after year.

Okay everyone… we said we would show you the inside of the building.
So here’s what we’re working with 👀
Believe it or not, a lot of work has already been done. But this is only the beginning.
Over the next couple months we’ll be sharing the process, building updates, behind the scenes content, and more about what this space is going to become.
We’re genuinely so excited for what’s ahead and even more excited to bring you all along for the journey. This one means a lot to us.

We are super excited to be officially announcing this to our community…

A building for the people by the people. Fabian Rodriguez and Jessie Zamudio- two GR locals are creating a space for local athletes, entrepreneurs, and dreamers of all kinds in the heart of Southtown - the 49507 area. Has been quite the journey, but the building is finally under possession and there have been crews working hard to get this building ready for the public.
