Our hearts are breaking from the news of a dog death in a boarding facility in Dallas. It is a needless and unnecessary loss. We know how hard it is to lose a pet, they are family to us. Please let us know if we can help in any way.

Because of situations just like this we operate our boarding business a specific way. We always keep pets from different families separate and only feed, play and take bathroom breaks individually with one of our staff. Please human parents make sure to board your pets in a safe and supervised facility and make sure they are always taken good care of your fur babies

We ourselves understand the pain of losing a cherished pet and would never want to see people go through this sad moment.
