Everyone please officially welcome our newest Certified Personal Trainer, James! He loves the fitness world, is a Spartan competitor, runner, & has lots of knowledge to share. James worked with our Lead Trainer, Jay, for months in preparation, he attended our first Charge Fit Games in May, and has been learning our system and processes for the last couple weeks, so if he looks familiar that’s why! We are super excited to have him on the schedule this week!

He will be training SWEAT, Aesthetics, POWER, & BaCon formats. 💪🏽 To celebrate his first week, we’re giving away 7 free personal training sessions (1-on-1)

One of our favorite things to do is customized Birthday BEASTS!
There’s no better way to celebrate birthdays than a fun workout with friends. Yesenia requested reggaeton beats, no burpees, and as hard as it was, we kept the burpees out 😆 HAPPY BIRTHDAY, YESENIA!

Birthday BEAST workouts are free as our gift for members, just make sure your DOB is correct on your account, and fill out your request form when you get the email the month before your birthday 🎁
