Why MAVSPL? I joined MAVSPL because I wanted more out of my gym life and wanted to push myself physically and mentally.. along the way I was welcomed and supported by cool people and coaches that had the same desire as me :)) Beyond excited to help create a comfortable space for women to powerlift and workout!
