FYI for anyone wondering what is going on in Cook County

UPDATE:
As of 5:15pm service has been restored. There is a fiber cut in our transport fiber between Cook County and Duluth, outside of our service area. Crews are currently working on the repair and our service is on a backup connection. There may be a brief outage again between 7:30pm and 8:00pm tonight as we update the backup connection.

- BROADBAND OUTAGE -

We are currently experiencing a county wide fiber outage due to a third party transport issue. We do not have an estimated restoration time, however crews are in the field working quickly and safely to solve the problem.

Dropped Forrest’s boat off at the canvas shop yesterday. Now we are driving through a snow storm on our way to Portland to pick up mine!
