An improvement over last week. That is the goal.
Trimmed down my 4 mile run/walk to just under 45 minutes on Saturday. The goal for next week is to get this under 40.
I am not a naturally gifted runner, and I don't exactly love running, but that doesn't give me an excuse to not run.
It is all a process. Join me on my journey to become the strongest husband and father that I can be, mentally, physically, emotionally - and most importantly - spirtually.
