Jim and Lisa Debevec purchased the waterfront business on July 15, 2014 from longtime owners Dale and Tammi Casteel.
“The previous owners built a really good business and we are concentrating on trying to do a good job.” -Jim Debevec
Jim and Lisa Debevec have lived in Grand County for 10 years. Prior to purchasing the Beacon Landing Marina, Jim had his own contracting business while Lisa worked as a Special Education Teacher at Granby Middle School.
The Beacon Landing Marina offers slips, moorings and boat rentals. They offer rentals of’ pontoon boats with rental durations stretching from two to 12 hours.
