Lower Body Day at YAP 👊🏼
This is what training with intention looks like.
We don’t just “lift weights.” We build athletes from the ground up.
🔹 Dynamic Warm-Up
We start by priming the body — mobility, activation, and movement prep so our athletes are ready to move efficiently and safely.
🔹 Plyometric Training
Explosive jumps and bounds to develop power and force production. This is where we train elasticity and reactivity.
🔹 Speed Training
Acceleration mechanics, sprint work, and change of direction. Because strength without speed doesn’t transfer.
🔹 Main Lift of the Day
This is our primary strength focus — building force through compound lower body movements with great technique and intent.
🔹 Accessory Work
We finish by strengthening the details: hamstrings, glutes, core, and single-leg stability to bulletproof our athletes and reduce injury risk.
Every piece has a purpose.
Every rep has intent.
Every session builds toward performance.
