Owner / Instructor: Ryan Heifner-2nd degree black belt. I started in Kenpo Karate at 15 years old in Green River Wyoming. I have crossed trained in Krav Maga and Jeet Kune Do. I have showcased self defense techniques, weapon defense / disarming and assisted with demonstrations across the western region of the US. My class is designed to teach people confidence and to protect themselves and their l

oved ones should the situation require. This class will not train you for going rounds in a fight or in a ring.
