I usually don’t post vids of me talking because of self criticism, lighting, old face, bad angles, wild eyes, whatever…. Those days are over. I am just like you. All the self doubt, shame and imperfections. I have learned from some of my favorite clients and members of our community about self love and fearlessness. So this is for you. And much more coming, because we’re here to serve and that’s what the mission is, and has always been, nothing more. 🙌🏻👊🔥 I invite you to step into the light and out of the darkness to feel the true beauty of what God has in store for you. Hey friends just wanted to post this one of our favorite members, Brianna … she’s running this race for a great cause that has effected not only her, but many people from the southern coast after destroying lives from the devastation of hurricanes. If you have anyone that you know this has happened to, think about a small donation to support lives that have a similar situation. We can all play a part in helping rebuild their story.

3rd generation training with gramps here. It’s not everyday you get to train with your dad’s dad and do the same moves! We I’ve getting in some family style training around here.
