✨ Four Waters to Float. One Place to Shine
We’re so excited for this season — and for the chance to bring you a SUP Yoga experience unlike anything else in the Grand Valley.

This year, we’re offering a special package that lets you explore four beautiful locations, each with its own charm and natural magic. Yogis will float, sparkle, and shine as they’re enchanted by the unique beauty of Highline Lake, Connected Lakes, Corn Lake, and Butterfly Pond.

Each class begins with a dry‑land SUP demo, where we review equipment, safety, and basic paddling technique. Once on the water, we’ll warm up with a gentle paddle before taking our yoga practice to a whole new level — floating, flowing, and moving with the elements around us.

Your core will engage in fresh, exciting ways as your natural alignment shifts with the water beneath you. The sensation of floating melts stress, sharpens focus, and creates a deep sense of calm and motivation.
All levels are welcome.

The river’s running lower this year! And that changes how we use it.

Here’s how to adapt:
• Check water levels before you go (conditions can change fast)
• Be mindful of exposed hazards like rocks and shallow channels
• Give wildlife extra space—lower water concentrates activity

A different kind of season, but still worth getting out there
