I hate when parents / kids moan and groan about hitting at the “bottom” of the line up. Wake up. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link… 🔗 no matter if you hit 1st or last… you have a job to do and you better do it better than anyone else if you even want to play.

You hit first? Be the best lead off hitter you can. Make an absolute statement.
You hit last? Be the best you can and give your team a ruthless line up that every pitcher fears.

Nothing is harder on a pitcher than when a leadoff hitter smashes one to get things rolling… and it really gets into a pitchers head when the number 9 hits a freaking tater off the wall.

Teach your kids to excel at any position in the line-up or on the field… that’s how you create good ball players and even better men.
