You may have noticed I went quiet over the past year. And rather than pretend it didn’t happen, I want to honor it.

I spent 2025 working on a Holistic Master Coach Certification.

The truth is, that experience asked me to live the work I teach in a deeper way than ever before.

Instead of pushing through, performing, or showing up from pressure — I chose to pause.

I chose to notice the parts of me that were exhausted, scared, and craving alignment.

I realized that befriending your inner critic isn’t about silencing it or conquering it. It’s about understanding what it’s protecting. It’s about creating safety inside yourself and accepting where you are so you don’t have to constantly strive for worthiness.

This past year, I’ve been:
* Reading more books
* Getting more sleep
* Stretching & Strengthening my body
* Holding Grandma Day - every Thursday
* Supporting Clients in deeper work
* Using more Faith-Based and Whole-Self approaches
* Exploring the nervous system’s role in self-criticism
* Redefining what success actually means for me
* Making peace with money (ongoing)
* Tapping, Journaling, Breathing
* Learning to crochet
* Refusing to quit bread and learning to make Sourdough everything

I keep learning that I’m capable of more than I give myself credit for.

I keep learning that I’m nothing without my Savior to lean on.
